Tupac and Tyson Documentary Coming to ESPN
ESPN will air "One Night in Vegas," a documentary that examines the friendship between Tupac Shakur and boxing champ Mike Tyson, leading up to Pac's death following Tyson's WBA heavyweight title bout. The film, directed by Reggie Bythewood, will be broadcast Sept. 7 -- 14 years after the rapper was murdered.

Gucci Mane Update
As our readers know, we've been following Mane's movies pre- and post-the pokey. The rapper has just announced a tentative Sept. 28 release date for forthcoming album, "The Appeal." That would pit Gucci up against T.I., whose "King Uncaged drops the same day. We'd like to point out Phil Collins' "Going Back" also drops that day. Just a heads up, Guc!

Terrence Howard Lands TV Role
Terrence Howard will reportedly join the cast of NBC's "Law & Order: Los Angeles." Howard will play a new Deputy D.A. on the "Law & Order" spinoff, which premieres September 22 and also stars Alfred Molina, Skeet Ulrich and Corey Stoll. We're asking the casting director to also consider Vin Diesel for a role in the series.

Elvis Presley's 75th birthday celebrations continue. BBC Radio 2 has confirmed a concert will be held in London's Hyde Park to pay tribute to the King. The event will take place this September and promises to "bring together some of the greatest names in pop and rock music to perform his best loved and most popular songs."
