Jay-Z will headline two nights at Carnegie Hall in Stern Auditorium on February 6, 2012 at 8:00 pm and February 7, 2012 at 9:30 pm, with all net proceeds from the show benefiting United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.
